結(jié)語:給我一個(gè)減排的理由
氣候變化對(duì)地球生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、生物多樣性帶來的負(fù)面影響直接或間接地影響著人類健康,這已經(jīng)在國際氣候治理中逐漸得到重視。國際機(jī)構(gòu)近年發(fā)布的報(bào)告也提出全球醫(yī)療健康部門應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的重要性和緊迫性。[5] 即將在今年11月于英國格拉斯哥召開的聯(lián)合國氣候變化大會(huì)(COP26)也將健康議題至于重要位置。在各國落實(shí)“巴黎協(xié)定”、實(shí)現(xiàn)未來十年更具雄心的
減排目標(biāo)的過程中,醫(yī)療健康部門有機(jī)會(huì)、有責(zé)任成為積極推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)全面低碳轉(zhuǎn)型的新興力量。
