2020年3月18日，多家NGO聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《銀行業(yè)與氣候變化2020》報(bào)告，詳細(xì)披露了全球銀行業(yè)對(duì)化石燃料融資情況。報(bào)告顯示，自2015年12月《巴黎氣候協(xié)定》簽署以來，全球35家跨國銀行持續(xù)向化石燃料投入2.7萬億美元，且每年的融資額都在增加。

The latest version of the most comprehensive report on global banks' fossil fuel financing, Banking on Climate Change 2020, was released today, revealing that 35 global banks have not only been sustaining but expanding the fossil fuel sector with more than $2.7 trillion in the four years since the Paris Climate Agreement.

聯(lián)合國政府間氣候變化專門委員會(huì)（IPCC）1.5°C特別報(bào)告表明，我們需要迅速采取減少全球碳排放的行動(dòng)，以避免氣候危機(jī)帶來的嚴(yán)重后果。然而，本報(bào)告顯示，世界主要私營銀行的商業(yè)慣例繼續(xù)推動(dòng)我們走向氣候?yàn)?zāi)難。

The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Special Report Global Warming of 1.5°C has shown that we need to rapidly reduce global carbon emissions if we are to avert the worst consequences of the climate crisis. Yet Banking on Climate Change 2020 reveals that the business practices of the world's major private-sector banks continue to drive us toward climate disaster.

雨林行動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，BankTrack，土著環(huán)境網(wǎng)絡(luò)，國際石油改變組織，回收金融和塞拉俱樂部發(fā)布的這份報(bào)告，得到全球45個(gè)國家的250多個(gè)組織的認(rèn)可。銀行業(yè)在2016-2019年期間，共為全球煤炭，石油和天然氣行業(yè)的2,100家公司提供了貸款和承銷。

Banking on Climate Change 2020, released by Rainforest Action Network, BankTrack, Indigenous Environmental Network, Oil Change International, Reclaim Finance, and the Sierra Club, and endorsed by over 250 organizations from 45 countries around the world, adds up lending and underwriting to 2,100 companies across the coal, oil and gas sectors globally over the period 2016-2019.

 

該報(bào)告發(fā)現(xiàn)，化石燃料融資繼續(xù)由美國大型銀行主導(dǎo)：摩根大通，富國銀行，花旗和美國銀行。自《巴黎協(xié)定》通過以來，這四家銀行合計(jì)對(duì)化石燃料的融資占35家主要全球銀行所有化石燃料融資的30％。

The report finds that fossil fuel financing continues to be dominated by the big U.S. banks: JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, and Bank of America. Together, these four banks account for a staggering 30% of all fossil fuel financing from the 35 major global banks since the Paris Agreement was adopted.
